We believe observation should come before intervention.
Separating consultation from treatment gives us time to listen without rushing toward a procedure. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions, understand our approach, and participate in decisions about your skin.
Your consultation is therefore not a formality before the “real” appointment.

BEAUTÉLANIN® · The Skin That Remembers™Your First Appointment Begins With Listening
At Beautélanin® Skincare, your first appointment is intentionally different.
We do not begin with a facial. We begin with your skin story.
Before deciding what your skin needs, we want to understand how it has behaved, what it has experienced, what you are currently using, and what you hope to accomplish.
Your first visit is a dedicated consultation and baseline skin assessment. We will discuss your skin concerns and goals, current routine, product history, previous treatments, known reactions and sensitivities, pigment history, relevant health and medication information, environmental exposure, and the ways your skin has changed over time.
We will also observe your skin as it presents that day. Because what your skin looks like in a single moment does not tell its entire story.
This first appointment allows us to establish a thoughtful baseline, identify anything that may affect treatment, and determine whether your skin is ready for professional treatment—or whether it would benefit from time, a change in home care, additional information, or referral before we proceed.
Your Second Visit: Skin Therapy
Your second appointment is where treatment begins.
We briefly review anything that has changed since your consultation, reassess your skin, confirm treatment readiness, and build the session around what your skin is demonstrating—not around a predetermined facial protocol.
That may mean hydration and barrier support. It may mean carefully controlled exfoliation. It may mean addressing congestion or supporting a recurring pigment concern. It may also mean doing less, because more treatment is not automatically better treatment.
You will not receive a facial simply because you booked time in the treatment room. Every step should have a reason for being there.
