Beautélanin™ Promise *
We will work with the patterns your skin already knows;
its protectiveness, its memory, its sensitivity, and its resilience.
This is not about brightening.
This is about balance.
This is about reducing triggers.
This is about honoring the way your melanin behaves.
Beautélanin Ritual Service Menu
Intentional. Ancestral. Melanin-Safe.
Welcome to your sanctuary of science, spirit, and skin reverence. Each treatment ritual at Beautélanin Skincare is powered by NoirScience™ and guided by our proprietary MélanoMatrix-D™ diagnostic system. Explore our melanin-safe offerings below , curated for clarity, comfort, and care.
Our Service Philosophy
At Beautélanin™, esthetics is more than skin care — it is cultural care.
We work within the licensed scope of practice for estheticians in New York State, but our approach is never European-centric. Each ritual is rooted in melanin-safe science, ancestral touch, and cultural memory, reclaiming the spa as a place of restoration, not erasure.
What We Offer
Cleansing & Preparation Rituals
Licensed estheticians may cleanse, tone, and condition the skin.
We treat this step as ancestral preparation, using hydrosols, herbs, and barrier-safe oils, not harsh, stripping cleansers.
Exfoliation Rituals
Within scope, we may perform:
Manual exfoliation with scrubs, clays, and powders
Chemical exfoliation (AHA, BHA, enzyme masks, superficial peels)
At Beautélanin™, exfoliation is never “brightening” or “corrective.”
It is renewal and remembrance, always melanin-safe.
Extraction Rituals
We may perform non-medical manual extractions of blackheads and comedones.
Our approach is trauma-informed: gentle, minimal, and respectful of melanin-rich skin’s inflammatory memory.
Massage & Touch Therapies (Within Esthetic Scope)
Licensed estheticians may massage the face, neck, décolleté, shoulders, arms, hands, and back.
We transform this into ancestral touch rituals — blending Haitian, Caribbean, and diasporic hand rhythms with modern esthetic techniques.
(Note: We do not provide full-body massage; that is reserved for licensed massage therapists.)
Masking & Herbal Rituals
We may apply masks of clays, gels, creams, or botanicals.
At Beautélanin™, a mask is a sacred covering — hibiscus powders, ancestral clays, pigment-safe blends, never just a cosmetic step.
Specialized Skincare Modalities
Under New York law, estheticians may use non-medical devices, including:
High frequency
LED light therapy
Ultrasonic spatula
Galvanic current
Steam units
For us, devices are not marketed as “corrections.” They are tools of support when paired with cultural care.
Back & Body Rituals
We may perform back facials, body scrubs, and partial body rituals.
Beautélanin™ reclaims these as Salt + Less™ rituals, hydrosol body compresses, and stress-release treatments, designed for melanin-rich skin.
Skin Analysis & Client Education
We are licensed to analyze the skin, recommend esthetic services, and guide home care.
Our consultations go further: using the MélanoMatrix-D™ diagnostic framework and culturally inclusive education to give clients tools the industry has historically erased.
🚫 What We Do Not Offer
No medical procedures (microneedling, injectables, lasers, deep chemical peels)
No diagnosing or prescribing.
No full-body massage (reserved for licensed massage therapists)
No invasive or surgical procedures.
