Arrival

For your first visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to complete your consultation form and discuss your skin history before your treatment begins.

Returning clients may arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to settle in and prepare for their session.
All appointments begin and end on time to respect each guest’s scheduled experience. Arriving late may shorten your treatment.

Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to full service charge.

This policy honors your esthetician’s preparation time and ensures availability for clients on the waiting list.

Attire & Comfort

Your comfort and privacy are sacred. Disposable wraps or towels will be provided, and you will remain discreetly draped throughout the session. You may arrive makeup-free or as you are — your skin will be welcomed with respect.

Health & Allergies

Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies before your treatment. Certain services may require modification or rescheduling to ensure your safety.

Product Integrity

All Beautélanin™ formulations and back-bar selections are melanin-safe, synthetic-free, and crafted with respect for ancestral and clinical skin science. Our products are available for home care to help you continue your healing rituals beyond the treatment room.
